Scott is the broker and owner of Southwest Highlands Realty & Development LLC. Since 1987 Scott has been a Sedona resident specializing in real estate of all distinctions.. He represented developers for 14 years and Scott has been involved in representing Buyers — from custom building sites, acreage, commercial and homes from starter to multimillion dollar estates. Clients appreciate his professionalism, low pressure sales approach and level of integrity. He has an ability to listen to his Buyer’s needs, negotiate for their best interests, and the ability to bring transactions to a successful conclusion.

As a true local, Catey Maxey was born and raised in Sedona. As an avid lover of the landscape, she spent her youth and continues to spend her free time hiking, mountain biking and riding horses on the local trails.
Catey graduated from the University of Arizona and felt the call to return to Sedona. Catey’s career background includes ten years of social work & juvenile justice in the local community. Following in her families’ footsteps as her grandfather owned a brokerage, Catey entered the real estate profession after the birth of her first child.
Catey prioritizes actively advocating on behalf of her client in real estate transactions. She utilizes experience to ensure all details are attended to so that her clients feel supported and secure through the real estate process.

Living in Sedona for the past 18 years, Joan is very familiar with the area. For the past 18 years, Joan’s been exploring the red rock trails by horse, bike and foot, and recently picked up golf. Joan loves the active lifestyle Sedona has to offer and the convenience of doing it. For the past 10 years, Joan has been involved with local non-profit organizations. It’s a way she feels she can give back to the community.
